Planet T (exhibition)

It was a bachelor’s thesis.
It was a lecture in the expedition clubhouse.
It was an exhibition in PageFive.
It is Planet T.

Photos from an exhibition at PageFive in Prague, held shortly after the opening of Mandl Gallery. The works were selected from my bachelor’s thesis, which I had created a year earlier as a photo publication in Tokyo. That is why both the exhibition and the book share the same title – Planet T.

Planet T is an imaginary vision of a future city or perhaps an entire planet – built from images of real places and views of a city that no exists. By removing any trace of human presence, the world turns into a quiet, slightly utopian landscape, allowing the viewer to fully focus on the architecture and individual urban scenes.

The ideal way to experience this planet is slowly and a little meditatively.
