Hi! I’m František Strnadel, a type designer, graphic designer, and photographer from the Czech Republic. I work across disciplines because experimentation is the best way to discover new visual languages.

My work is influenced by wabi-sabi, Socialist Brutalism, and Japanese Metabolism. I’m interested in raw aesthetics, strong concepts, and systems with character. I’ve worked with studios B tým and PSANCI, and collaborated with PageFive, The Chemistry Gallery, Graffneck, and others. I’m also a co-founder of OoM Type, a digital type foundry.

I’m always open to collaborations, bold ideas, and slightly crazy projects–especially with clients who aren’t afraid of something different.
