Bookmarks from Japan

Risography straight from Japan!

Two years ago, I was in Tokyo working on my bachelor’s thesis photographing architecture from the second half of the 20th century. I wanted to enrich the project with something truly authentic from this place, from the city itself. I had already known about the Japanese print studio HandSawPress, and this was the perfect chance to print on their risograph! The bookmarks I made for the photo publication are just a small extra, but they fulfilled my wish to collaborate with a Japanese studio, at least in this modest way.

The bookmarks are in three variants with custom typography.

Colours: fluorescent red and black.
